A client wants to set up himself a dedicated ip for his server and wants to know about ssl.

My partner who usually would handle this is gone. I am left in charge.
How would I go about about this.

Talk to your hosting provider. They can provide you with a dedicated ip as well as give you instructions for setting up an SSL cert.

You need a dedicated ip and a SSL sertificate. Then install it or ask ur admin to do it for you.
