I would like to start a specialty web host and design service for small charities & non profits who are currently being forced offline, to use tripod, or to use charity/nonprofit money to buy hosting & web design.

I can provide free web design for our site and I'd set up a support ticket system within their cpanel or control center or client area etc. When they signup they can pick between several options; build your own html site, get a free custom 4 page site made by me; or use Joomla- Everyone will get the same amount of disk space & bw probably.
As far as banners; rather adsense we could do a banner rotation including a banner from each of our hosted charities, a banner or two for the red cross and for the amber alerts.
I would also like to set up a forum; not for hosting support but for the charities. They each get a forum to announce stuff; answer questions, etc.
I can do a lot; even buy a domain name/forum- I would also presume we could get $$ Joomla templates donated for our Joomla using non profits to use free. Maybe we will grow big and get a team of freelancers making big custom sites out of their hearts; I don't know-
I need somebody to donate hosting & be president with me. We decide everything together. It isnt a big deal; if you have a VPS or Dedicated server we could either use part of that; or you could set up a reseller for us. Think about it; a few 4 page charity sites or joomla sites wont take up gigabytes of space.
