May I offer you a bit of advice?

With the experience you have ONLY buy a managed server account. You will have enough to learn and do without adding the problems of system upgrades etc.

Is you site that busy?

itz not busy but i want to increase the php.ini file size , thats all and i want to...just host the site.

actually i dnt think they are that important because all i wanna do is edit the php.ini file and know how and wer to place the site.
