I own a sub-domain ar.animeeuphoria.com I added pages but all it does is give me a page that says Index of / and then it sais stuff like name last modified size and description.

I'm not sure, have you contacted your host?

Maybe your read/write permissions aren't set properly or your host has disabled uploads. It's just a wild guess because I'm not a technical person.

What you're seeing is the root directory of your subdomain. And it's empty.

It looks like you're subdomain is not set up correctly or they've given you the wrong information on uploading pages. When you uploaded your pages they probably went to the wrong place (sub-directory). Talk to the owner of the primary domain, animeeuphoria.com.

Have you make the first page of your website:

index.html or index.htm or index.php or index.asp

If you don't make this your site will not browse on the subdomain.

If this is freehosting service I think there will not have any support.
