the .src.rpm file is a source file and needs to be built before you can install it.
You should be able to use the noarch version however, using the command you entered. What happens when you try that?
It was easy i think instead of rpm - U command you needed to use rpm -i command. Plus as suggested before source would not work, probably from looks of it you were missing some other package from your server.
But since problem solved, /me walks away .
