someone told me their website is down...i checked it myself and it doe's not load ....

Update:

GoDaddy is saying they know of this problem, apparently it affects Bellsouth (Florida ISP) ustomers that try to access their website. They claim that for some reason the Bellsouth router is blocking the access to their site. A Godaddy support rep assured me they are working to solve this ASAP, but it seams that the problem is on the carrier side. At this moment they do not have a time frame, so helpless bellsouth customers have nothing to do but wait for this issue to be resolved.

Has the problem been resolved? Like to know if you are satisfied with godaddy hosting.

you might want to do a search for reviews on godaddy. I've not read a lot of positive things about them. search this forum or on webhostingtalk

godaddy.com is ok, loading pretty fast.

Yes, the problem was resolved eventualy but i know of a few godaddy customers that got prety upset by not having access to their website.

Godaddy hosting is good as long as you have a basic static site, for advance users with dynamic sites you would be better off avoiding them. One have to admit that they are one of the finest registrars on the net but that doesn't mean their good at running servers

Agree with you. Godaddy is a reputable company, stick to it and then share your experience with us.

I have 2 dedicated servers(managing for clients) with godaddy. It has been good, since I wont need much support anyways! They providegood network and hadware at a good price. Support is okay.. for a technically inclined, they should work just fine.

How long do you use their service?
