Hi!

Does anyone have any experience with eukhost.com? I've been waiting for 32 hours now and my domain is still not accessible via www. I can only access it via http://xx.xx.xx.xx/~mydomain, which is useless. It has taken only about 2 hours for my current host to set things up! Is it normal that eukhost is taking so long? I've already contacted their live support but still no progress only promises.

If you changed nameserver correctly, it should propagate within 1-48 in most cases. If it takes more than that it could either be a issue with your host or your ISP.

Also keep in mind that many ISP's providers who "should be" updating their DNS records (at least every 24 hours), but a number of them may not. Therefore within the domain propagation period your site will be viewable to some parts of the world within within few hours (even within minutes) but for some countries it will take up to 48 hours depending on the quality of their ISP's.

It's been 51 hours now and www is still not working. There is no way it can take that long. I've specifically asked them for a UK based server so it would have to be accessible by now. I have found some reviews on the service they provide. The result: AVOID EUKHOST!!!!


Their name suggests they are based in the UK. Allegedly they are based in the USA.


I've asked for a full refund now. No answer yet.
