i want to change my website host, my site is imgtube.com. once it becomes more popular i am expecting lots of bandwith. I want around 1-2TB of bandwidth for a reasonable price.

You may want to check and see which php functions your scripts use.

DH runs all php as cgi and has a few of the more popular functions disabled.

Do you know for sure how much bandwidth do you need or will you need? Dreamhost has cheap prices but they oversell. Maybe it'll be better for you to pay more and not to have issuies in the future?
