Free webhosting is probably okay for little hobby sites, but you'd be crazy to use them for an actual business. I've never heard any good reviews about free web hosting from businesses who used them.

Even with a hobby site, I use too much bandwidth to qualify for free hosting. Although I guess I should try to shrink my photos ... but if you're planning to run a business, especially one with a database, you want something secure and completely dependable.
