Hey, I'm looking for a completely free hosting packagethat offers the following:

cPanel Hosting: yes
Webspace: 100mb or more
Bandwidth: 2, 3, 4GB or more
MySQL Databases: 2 or more
Webmail: Yes

I don't want a host where you have to post on their forums to keep my hosting account, and I don't want the host to force ads on my site. So basically, just simple, free cPanel hosting.

Absolutely. Take it from someone who has been using free hosts for years...you can find this and much more, especially if you befriend the owners.

Nexua, i dropped my reseller a while ago but http://zoomcities.com can offer you this + more for being active. If ZC does not suit you then you will be best off browsing http://freewebhostingtalk.com to find a host.

[EDIT] I just saw the last part of your post...sorry....I had posted 2 post-for-hosts...however with Core Fusion if you contact HLFusion he may allow you if you at least place a link back to have a basic plan without having to post in the forums!

sorry for not getting back here....no core-fusion does not force ads on your site...if you contact HLFusion he may allow you to have the basic plan without posting if you place a link back somewhere on your site...where and what is up to you

To InfTekHosing this is true on a lot of sites unfortunately...but the 2 free hosts I use they are great....what you'd expect from a proffesional paid host but get it for free
