Hi, is your site e-commerce? Are you going to sell wallpaper online? If so, you'll need VPS or dedicated. If not, and you'll just have some general info about wallpaper and then links to the sites selling it, then shared plan will meet your needs.
Have a look at cheap shared plans of serverhostpus, they have what you need. As for dedicated hosting, vianetworks and ahosting have good reviews and all the latest features.
