what sort off files are you hosting? what is the size? how many will be downloading them?

in order to tell you please give us them details.

all you need to do is cacualate the size off the files and multiply them by caculating how many people will be downloading them. also caculate the size off your main page and multiply it by the number off vistors.

eg.
webpage size: 100Kb
file download: 1mb
120 vistors per day = 132mb bandwidth per day

also remember for every 12 pages a user clicks on it will be 1mb off bandwidth

this should give you a rough ideal off what bandwidth you will need.
