I'm hosting my site at http://www.bluehost.com , my site is down and bluehost site itself is down too. I'm new to this, can anybody say me how can I contact them if their site is unavailable?

You cant, they would know they have i problem and most times they fix it very quickly.

I'm with bluehost so don't worry

Has it been down for long? Just be patient and wait to see if it comes back up. If there site is unavailable then the only way to contact them would be by phone, assuming they have a number you can call and you have it written down.

You know all info about the cmpany you may get at whois.domaintools.com

and theyre still down. i would fine that very unnaceptable over 1 day off down time. i would move hosts

hi, i test just now, bluehost is running. erm.. previous week i facing this connection problem as well.
note: Asia internet connection interuption due to taiwan earthquick case.
