I used their hosting before. indeed now considering their reseller 20GB plan. this plan more worth than the 12GB plan.
you can even signup the domain reseller with them, and make a profit from domain name too.
You should specify your needs clearer.
As for the reputable web hosting company you may try ahosting.biz. Their prices are appealing and they've got an in-house support.
You may use also thewhir.com. I have heard they are not bad too. But their support works not very fast.
