I got a forum with 10k members, its a Invision power board. I need a fast shared hosting to host my Forum, because this hosting is very slow for me..

My current host is Dreamhost, I need a server that will be faster than that.

Well

I am not a hosting expert, but i need something that will load my page fast enough (example: webmaster-talk) Think you can load my page as fast as webmaster-talk? Although my site is IPB and less members than Webmaster forum, also there are less user online at time.

My current load time is sometime 2-4 seconds, which is VERY slow!!

I would suggest asking for a trial from hosts that you like so that you can test it.

WEBMASTER-TALK is hosted on a VPS - a server bought for only their use. It is costly and price comes to around $100 a month.

Well moving a big forum is alot of work. And Moving hosts is losing traffic, so a server should has a guarantee that it will hold my site with NO PROBLEMS

You may consider moving to a VPS or dedicated if speed and reliability is of most importance to You, they are starting at $29 both. Check things out, compare all offerings, and in the end take a look at my site, maybe You'll find something interesting (thats its purpose)

With 10,000 users and growing. I would think a VPS or Dedicated Server would be idea. As already said, webmaster-talk.com runs on a VPS Server. VPS Servers (virtual private server) is the next step up from shared hosting. Unlike with shared hosting which could have 100's of users. VPS Servers normally have no more then 10 or so (less is better).

I host over 20 blogs and 2 forums on Hostgator, however my forums have very little traffic. The blogs load quickly though.

Vps definitly sounds the way to go, with 10,000 members you should have one heck of a load on that site. Also possibily to speed it up, I would have a look at making some slight modifcations to IPB.
