Hello friends I do have a big problem as no one on BGFWeb support will reply on my tickets and questions on their board.
All emails send to Macedonian mail (any@mt.net.mk) is not arriving and my clients are working in Macedonia.

Also I have found out that 69.16.196.26 my reseller IP address with them is on the spam list as well.

I am a small reseller with about 16 domains on BGFweb as the most important I moved to my friends server in the Netherlands.
The problem now is bigger as I have 4 cancellations and I want to move my clients away from BGFWeb as they do not reply.
On the server in the Netherlands there is no more space so this is not a option although his server is working very good.

Is there any one who can suggest me what steps to do?
Or to suggest me another GOOD service company?

A good way to get any companies attention is to stop paying them They will soon reply. Use their website to find alternative ways to contact them, and try all that are availible, keep records of messages you send for future reference.

Yes my best clients which are with me for years are now leaving me.
You see when I contact them on a support ticket they do reply after a while but they do not fix the problem.
They just tell me check it now and still all mail send to Macedonia mt.net.mk is again in error.
Now sending them a reply on the support email will also returned to me in error and than again I have to open another ticket and this is going on for a year or so.
I am afraid that I am going to be out of business soon.

That is something really wrong which is happening with you and your business and I must say that continuing with this kind of service for around one year is a lot of time in the web hosting business. It’s not fair on BGFWeb’s part for not responding to your queries and for that you should let them know about it on their forums because that is a place where all other members will also know about their efficiency and you might get a fast response out there.
As for the transfer of the existing clients on your reseller you should take immediate steps before you loose out on more clients which will hamper your business. You can check the reseller plans offered by us at www.eukhost.com/resellers.php. Might be helpful to you in making a good decision.

BGFWeb one time was the best. And still their servers are running fast!
But their support went down and with this long period of not solved email problem:

unrouteable mail domain "mt.net.mk"

and also no reply from the support I need to move.
I did lots of good postings about them the past years.

Ones they did not see the contact admin email and kept sending me emails on the old ones.
As I have been forced to take a fast decision and moved to them on recommendation of the other webmaster forum, I kind of stepped in the middle of my financial year. Than they suddenly suspended my account.
This has been solved soon but after year 3 with them you should believe that they had means to contact me on my official posted contact admin email.

But the problem kept with the email.
Opening a ticket through their support system would resolve a reply on my email, sending them a reply back also has been send back to me in error!

I posted also lots of messages on their support board but no one replies also on this.

I guess there must be some real issues with the mailing system of the webhost on your account but I also wonder why they must have taken so long to rectify that problem.

No customer should EVER be left in the dark when help is needed. We see this all the time. A company is sold out and the new owners are more concerned about how much you're paying them for service and less about the service your receiving.

They quickly forget that what makes their business possible is YOU. My advice is to seek out a new web hosting provider. It should be a company who has been around for at least 3 years and be sure to test their support and not just their sales department.
