Its depends what you are looking for, space, bandwidth, uptime, etc. Have a look at visagehosting, they're really friendly and a good host.

For cheap I advice GoDaddy because it has more line server, begin at $3.99/mo, and can recieve popularity from webmaster.

But, if you want to find cheap and quality hosting I think Bluehost is best now.

i dont suggest to get low cost hosting . if you get low cost hosting , you will get low service and support .

erm... if u look at STICKY section of this hosting forum, u will find few useful guide to find for a good hosting plan.

@pulikuttann – there are a number of webhosts in the market which you can find on the net but as you mentioned you are looking for the “best low cost hosting provider”, you mean best in low cost or are there any other factors?

There would be a lot of companies offering their service at dirt cheap rates but then you are at risk of having the service and reliability which you didn’t really expect and if you are looking for host who are good with their service, reliability, etc then you have to come out of the low cost criteria and that will be really worth I guess.

like to add few more lines here...

if u are new to hosting business... then start with a cheaper plan.
who can beat hostgator first month 0.01 only. good quality & feature with cpanel & others like blog & shopping cart.

godaddy is cheap also, good for small site/usage. low in features, blog installation is failed all time. i tried and tried few times, just dont seem to be installed. wonder.
