I have 2 domains, www.qscenter.com and www.mesoc.com, now i signed up for hosting at godaddy.com with qscenter. and mesoc.com is registered at ipowerweb.com,and the name servers point towards my godaddy hosting account. Whenever I upload a page or image, it uploads the same thing to both websites, how do i change this or do i have to purchase a seperate hosting account for each website ?

Are you uploading to FTP via, ftp.yourdomain.com? with the same password on both accounts? this could be why :\

humm i haven't done website for a long time so i've been rusty. I just found out what I did wrong, I had mesoc in the same directory as my primary, duh, i fixed it, thanks

If you have the Economy account that is all it will ever do.

If you have the mid or upper account you need to add the domain name and point it to a directory. You add the one that is not primary.

Are you sure that your scenario isn't the other way around? GoDaddy is bigger in the domain registration game and iPowerWeb is much larger in the hosting game (although they are a terrible company to deal with.)
