Just received a note, I started to worry that they deleted my main website today with no back up, that the owner Ben sold the company bgfweb.com in January.
Since than also the support is down and no reply on many tickets.
Their support board is full with worried customers and porn spam with no moderator attending the discussions there.

It sounds like you're all hitting hard because your "new owners" are not organized & haven't taken into account the need for support. This is a true sign of poor management. Its also could be a sign of further things to come.

My advice to you is find a new host. You want someone who has been around for at least 3+ years and do not be shy in testing their support (not just their sales team).

Sucks, BGFweb been in the webhosting business for a while. He should of let everyone know before he sold it.

I think you have to be patient in that terms as you said that the company has been sold off it will definitely take some time to get things working for them as well as for their customers. It seems that the company is under some inexperienced entrepreneurship but you have to wait if that is the case.

Well there is still no news from them, and yes my domains have been restored but email did not work. Some script problem.
The new owners are assortedinternet.com and let's see what they are going to offer to us as customers.

I think its a time to move away from them or do you wait till the site will be lost for the 2nd time?

Edna, wel there has not been any downtime as far from the frst time, so no problem for me at this time.
The new owners do have a good history in hosting.
For now the support is not very fast but they are picking up..
