Well there are many options of paying online. I recommend Paypal and also Paypal is one of the best options available.

I think server4sale (server4sale.com takes paypal). Most budget hosts accept paypal as well. Google "paypal budget web hosting" i'm sure you'll get 1,130,000 hits.

some hosting apply strict rule on paypal payment instead. cause user easier to file a dispute and get back their payment.

so, basically, there is extra verification after u signup hosting using paypal. activation may be delay longer.

You can also search from within paypal for a host.

I do not recommend going with hostgator tho, search WHT on them, not so good reviews.

I think that it is easy to find webhosting accepting paypal or CC. I think that you have to pay attenton to quality of service.
