I am finding it hard to take order's,set up accounts and remember to invoice people on time....

I have tred some free stuff like phpcoin but to be honest it didnt really do it for me....

Any sugestions other than getting a nice looking secretary??

Yeh i agree, client exec is good and at a good price.

make sure you trial each package before buying, so you can find one that is right for you. The polyspaston people will help you customise it to how you want (paid of course) but they are most helpful

I have 24 clients and presently pay about $1200 per year to host those accounts. Need to find a hosting company in the United States;

Requirements:
Windows Servers because we code extensively in ASP
Unlimited eMail or at least 100 eMail accounts per client
Unlimited Newletter lists or at least 50 lists per client
Database; at least 2 per client;
Reliable Mail system; something we do not have now.
Solid Tech support; Ours is questionable

Any recommedations?

find a reseller account that offering auto billing feature as well.

Thanks for the post,but we run our own vps servers i have been using the HostDirector software now for the last 4 days and it works great, although as Matthew pointed out further up this topic after about 50-80 clients i can see it getting a little bit out of its league

we are using Hostdirector at Tiehost.net, but i must say i had a little deception at first cause i dont like the template at all :S
but after changing it i think it is a good quality/price product

It is very easy to customise When i used it, it wasn't long before i changed its design :P

yes please dont misunderstand me i totaly aggree host director is a great add on to any hosting company and well worth the money.

Im just greedy and want more lol
