Is this on your website?

Then you should know who is hosting it, mainl because you should be paying for hosting. You can take your site offline.

If its another site report it to the site admin.

I think someone has copied his website and hosting it else where, I had this happen to me and I directly contacted the people that copied and asked them to take it down explaining I owned the copyright to the images and site template (I didn't I was blagging) they said they had some guy in the US design it for them (copy it more like) but at the end of the day I didn't own the rights to anything and there was nothing I could do.

So first I'd ask do you own the rights? If so then you should be able to get the site taken down

Contact the hosting company and talk with them to stop the hosting account of the abuser...

I cannot understand and don't saw your website and the copy website !

If you talk for APLUS, that is impossible, this is some of the biggest hosting companies on the market since many years, also before I start to make my business !

APlus is a scam. They stole our domain names, and we spent days fighting them.

From now on we'll use any other company, Godaddy, networksolutions, etc, etc etc.

Us small firms work hard for our little pennies, and companies like APlus scam us and work with someone on the inside of the Internet registries, and steal our ideas and hearts.

They leave us bleeding and then run with our money and ideas.

If anyone hears of a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT let me know.

Thanks and be careful.

This can't be done by the hosting company unless and until it is proved that the original site is being abused or if the copy rights of the site are with the owner and why would a hosting company do that to it's customer who is actually paying them for their service.
