That's a lot for free, with no ads. Doesn't sound like you have much of a way to make money here with the free accounts and dirt cheap hosting. It's a great deal if you can support it, but logistically, I don't see how you will be able to for long.

The free account is only meant for personal websites.

If you need more, then you have the options for paid hosting account. We are basically budget hosting providers so our prices would seem less expensive.

As for the network, we are powered by RackSpace. Customer support is what we care for the most, whether free or paid. I think customer support is what this industry is lacking & hosts who can fill the gap will be successful in the future.

rackspace hmmmm...i know a few sites that have 200mb+ for just $4.99 per month, great hosting too.
im using tripod now 50mb for free!

there is no company information on your website. thus i would not buy without a good looking site and some information about who i was dealing with. whats to say its not a scam and i'll loose all my money instantly?

some points to note...make a good looking site, outline clearly what is offered and what is not. the comparison chart is good, shows waht you get for more money.
create a good site, don't tell people you don't have a cart cause its too big, tell them you use 2clickthru or whatever it was, because you trust them. thus installing your confidence in them to the user and not drawing attention to a draw back of your site.

why did you cease your free account? i'm interested to know if you overshot your mark, and have you learnt from this for the future? making mistakes is never a good thing.

the packes look...okay. not so sure about your disk space allowance. if i had a corporate website, with large databases and multiple images, and say 1000 pages, with things like on-the-fly generated pages, i may well use more than 200mb. you should definately increase the first package to 30 min, and the top one to a gig, if this is feasable.

stress that if you pay yearly there is no setup fee. this isn't apparent, and confused me till i worked it out.

Well we didnt over shot our mark, we only have 1/2 free accounts,(no mistake there) but we changed our market from just hosting to everything , so we stopped the free one,

There will be Extra BW on the plans from next week and there might be extra space, we are not really looking for BIG companies more the small business type , and if we get a big business we will accommodate there needs.

perhaps you could consider offering a customisable package. something like "includes all the standard features, and negotiable extras. contact us with your requirements and we'll provide you with a quote"

thus you can accomodate larger companies easily without wasting time setting up their own package, they can choose their own, so they don't get things they don't need, and still get everything they do need.

sorry, i have all my own ideas, but not the financial backing to make them work. i'd love to get into hosting, have the knowledge and equipment to do it, and reap in the profits, but right now, i can't shame really.
