I don't think you're going to find that. 500 MB free hosting usually means about 10-20 GB of bandwidth and probably some spikes that would result from file transfer or something similar.

Having said that, you can pick up a plan for $2.99 from a host that will actually do it properly (here's one), so why screw around trying to get something for free that in all likelihood doesn't exist?

You can find one on this page : http://www.freewebspace.net/ . But I am sure that after one month the host will simply "die"
