Accuwebhosting.cm - good webhosting company with good and devloped website. They have a live chat assistance and I suggest you contact them.

I'd strongly advise that you don't just hunt for the cheapest provider - assuming that you want your website to be online and safe...

The hosting industry is full of companies that undercut themselves, and these are the main candidates for going out of business - so host with them and you can expect to be having to find a new host quite soon (probably also losing money and/or website data in the process).

If you really must pay the absolute cheapest price, then I'd restrict your search to the very large providers who you can at least expect to be in business at the end of 2007. I'm thinking of the likes of dreamhost, godaddy etc.

However (even aside from the obvious conflict of interest) I can't recommend those companies in terms of quality of service.
