Maybe your country wouldn't work correclty. Your country could block you from certain websites depending on what sites you are trying to go to. Also schools and many things seem to get you for trying to get to certain sites in the first place.

Vasity, I think you misunderstood me. Maybe I was not clear enough - basically I am trying to stop traffic being send from example.com by the method of referring. So in other words, if example.com places link to my website, then I want to deny/drop everyone from coming from example.com.

Yes. You can block those domains IPs using htaacess . Search google for the term blocking IPS using htaacess and you will find sample codes.

If you are using cpanel as your control panel, you can do it from the IP deny manager link in your cpanel.
