I am having pop-ups issues on my website. (I have a VPS account) Previously I tried to solve it out but wasn't able to because due to 64 bit of Windows 2003 most of the softwares were having compatibility issues. But now when I have switched the server to 32-bit, on the new server, the website is still having the pop-ups. I have tried a couple of softwares to detect them, but in vain.

I am getting out of ideas now. Can someone help or suggest me something in this regard?

Your actual vps remote desktop is having popups?...Get rid of the adware on there. Try something like spybot or adaware.

If those two don't get rid of it, you're gonna have some real fun.

Can you explain your situation a bit further, I presume these popups occur when someone/you visit your website, is it a particular page? You need to ask your web host what Virus scan software they use, also you should ask them what anti-spam/firewall features they are using. Perhaps you have malicious code on your site?
