Linking Is Illegal

Im in the UK, we got some crap laws as well. Now in the USA their has been many news articles where websites had to shut down for linking to copyrighted material.

My material is nothing like that. Ok I do link to to Movies but their hosted on YouTube where everyone can see. One of my competitors got taken down just last month.

Im launching a new CMS, it will make EVERYTHING automatic nothing for me to do apart form general maintenance. Its a great peace of PHP coding, So I expect to get in trouble, as the site will have the most links than all our competitors.

This is the first time, Ive tried hosting a "Naughty" website.

So I need a safe host?
What country should i host in?

I need Secure, Cheap, Fast and Hosting at the minute.
Soon after I will need a Dedicated /or/ Semi-Dedicated server.
(Depending on the growth).

Any Ideas?

Even though your linking to the video this will still be a hard load on Apache. How many users do you intend to have on your site at one time?

What sort of traffic/bandwidth do you see now?
