Google likes your own country ips.I can explain it like this. You made a english site but you are from Turkiye. You have to use a english hosting company to get high pr.Because google likes profession.

These are my trials, nobody can know the pagerank algoritm correctly and it is always changing. But you can try it.

You can't fix a problem that doesn't exist.

External PR is updated infrequently (that's the one we see). Internal PR (the one that's a minor factor) is updated all the time.

The basis of PageRank is on inbound links to a page. That's it, that's all. The only way it could be "fake/forged" that I could see is if you're providing bots different content than you are users. In which case, you're being a very bad boy.

This isn't even an issue worth worrying about at all. Don't sweat it.

Host it in Canada, and be prepared to pay 2-3 times as much for inferior hosting.

Either that or register a .ca and 301 the .com to the .ca.

The latter is the much easier approach.

yes, the web host does affect the PR. i still not understand why, but it explain why my site keep stuck at PR3, while another boosted to pr6.

Host doesn't affect PR. Linking to your site from same class "C" IP range could. If you get a hosting account with many add-on domains and link your sites, it may not transfer as much "PR juice" as it should. That could be the problem with charlesgan, I suppose.
