Where can I find web hosting reviews that has reviews by people who has
actually used the hosting company.

I went to one a while back but I can't find the bookmark, it had individual user
reviews that where sortable like a spreadsheet.

This isn't the one you want but www.webhostingtalk.com is a forum that talks about the various hosts and how good they are. If a host isn't completely trashed in that forum, it's a good host...these guys have a way of ripping their contemporaries apart.

The Web Host Industry Review www.thewhir.com is a great place to research hosting companies.

Well its hard to find reviews to trust these days. One I have used is http://www.hostsearch.com/reviews.asp . The Hosting companies are reviewed by several visitors/users. They have a score card for each company for the last 3 - 6 months.

I guess you ask because you have or had trouble with your hosting provider. My advice is to pay a few bucks more so you can concentrate on developing your site and not desperately contacting a no-reply support, or running around looking for new hosts all the time.
