I'm looking for a dedicated server, and I've found Cari.net. They offer 160 GB storage and 1300 GB bandwidth for only 60 a month. Is this too good to be true?

I think it's not good as you wished! Why?
If you take a view carefully, you will see $60 to be not the last price. There are many of fees you must pay to use it. With this server, you must setup CPANEL, server technology base on Celeron D with only 1 HDD and many of others. There are many of other dedicated servers, why don't try with the other one?
I suggest you take a view this server
You can have more chooses (AMD, Pentium)

I think it's too good to be true.
You'd be better to buy a dedi from www.onthespothosting.net.
Do you need a managed or unmanaged dedi? What is your budget?

At that price point I think you'd probably find a VPS to be much better value - obviously depends on your needs though...

Perhaps explain a bit more about what purpose you're looking for a dedicated server for, and then we could give some more specific advice about what may be best for your situation?
