Plesk based hosting does this somewhat clearer than cPanel IMO - although as others have already stated, this is an option offered by many cPanel hosts as well.
However, if you look for Plesk hosting (e.g. search google for that term etc.) then you'll find many providers offering multi-site / multi-domain hosting services all within a single hosting account.
As an example, our Shared Plus plan enables you to host up to 10 completely independent websites (i.e. each with their own folders on the server) which will be accessed via their own URL. If you want to have multiple domains pointing to a single site, you can do this via the 'aliases' feature in Plesk.
PS This isn't a Plesk vs. cPanel post before anyone misunderstands that point; I'm just offering my opinion with regards to this specific issue... if anyone wants to have the control panel discussion (yet again) then I'm sure there's another thread to do that in...
