A friend ask me about private IP. I really don't know where sale private IP. As I know that some web hosting providers sale their VPS or dedi servers they will supply private IP (or dedicated IP (?)) included feature. Please tell me is there any web hosting sale private IP like that?

Any web host should be able to provide you with a Dedicated IP for a low monthly fee or yearly and assign it to your domain. Just ask your host They may provide it for free if you just give the reason why you want it.

Yep. Private IP is probably the wrong term (private implies that nobody else would know it!).

I'm guessing that you're looking for an exclusive/dedicated IP (e.g. for use with an SSL certificate), in which case Matthew is correct in that any hosting provider should offer this with any hosting plan.

Be warned that the various registries (ARIN, RIPE, APNIC etc.) have rules regarding how IPs should be assigned/used which providers are supposed to follow in order to keep the "IP crisis" at bay - so it's perfectly normal to be asked "why do you need an IP" and things like SEO aren't "valid" reasons.

i have hosting with ixwebhosting, and they giving me 8 free dedicated IP.
some of it is class C.
