im faysal from pakistan
one year back, i come across an add that says

we provide hosting
with unlimited space
unlimited email
unlimeted Bandwidth
unlimited SQL
Unlimited FTP and lots more like this

then i called them and bought that package.
When i set up my site, they says we dont allow File downloads,
we dont allow MP3 files,
we dont allow this, that and much more

so i just wana ask that why unlimited space
for my simple html files?

another thing i wana ask that i wana start a website that hosts images like imagehack.us
where i should buy the package that provide my requirements
and what requerements.

third thing i wana ask that i have seen many websites that provide Adult contents like pictures, videos and other stuff, but every hosting company says adult contents are not allowed, then how they works.

Hi there, as with us, some hosts will allow adult material as long as the material being displayed is compliant. Please do not jump on or take sudden offers that say unlimited this and that. There is not such thing as a free lunch. These are smaller companies, and will be a future pitfall for your site. If you wish to start an image hosting site, it would be a good idea to have a plan with decent amount of diskspace and bandwidth. If need be, we can help you find appropriate accomodation for your situation.

Well it's like someone is offering you gold with a hand and choking you with the other. Nobody can give unlimited space because space is a physical thing on the hdd and even if you have a raid 0 with 8 1 tb hdds (that would cost a fortune) you couldn't give that whole server to just a guy who pays 6$/mth.

Also it is a god idea to read the tos thoroughly and ask the important presales questions.

Some companies alow legal adult content.

Are you sure in it? As far as I know the adult content isn't allowed with these companies.
