The reason for the connection thing is....I'm assuming you have either Cable or DSL. Either way, unless you have a high-end connection, you have a good download speed, but a crappy upload speed. That's the way mainstream Cable and DSL lines are. Think of it in reverse, they're downloading from you, which is you uploading. So they are getting your bad upload speed. It's bad service. Plus, most ISP's won't allow it.
