I have $12 in my paypal account, and I would like to buy the following with it.

A domain
Web hosting for 1-2 months if possible.

They must accept paypal.

Any suggestions?

Well it will be a hard time to find that, as domains cost about 9-10$.. And hosting that cheap won't be very reliable.

Cheapest we could offer would be $8.95 for a .com domain (1 year) and $6.95 for a single month of hosting (discounts for longer periods).

As cabron said I don't think you'll get much in the way of hosting with the couple of $ you have left after the domain.

I think I heard that godaddy are offering some free hosting with domains from them, so maybe that would be an idea - but I also heard various complaints about that (I think from charlesgan?) so perhaps best avoided?

You can probably get hosting account on monthly basis. But if you need one only for a couple of months than just register a domain name and get a free host.

you got yourself a deal here. hostgator hosting accept paypal.
hostgator baby plan with coupon 'hgc25'. you will pay as following

first month: $0.01
second month: $9.94

you can get domain from any registra as well. Godaddy is cheaper.Point to hostgator next.

i using their hosting for few month. a very good hosting.

I can offer you this however domain will have to be .info or one of our pre selected ones we have a few on selection.

afahosting.com we also offer free hosting it is cpanel hosting but if you want domain and hosting 1 months I can do it you for $12 via payapl.

I think you may red a domain with NameCheap.com and host it with the other company, say Ahosting.biz.

NameCheap.com sounds really fine, especially if there are coupons available, as often resellers buys domains from them and include into their hosting plans for free to cover these expenses on hosting services, what I mean is it's better to know what you are paying for: hosting services or a domain name.

I don't think it's a great problem to get NameCheap.com's coupons. You should just google for this pupose. Right?
