They're not great deals, but they're pretty good.

If they're support is fast and helpful, then they're definitely worth the price.

site looks good. i'd probably trust them if i wasn't already hosted. a good looking site always at least begins to convince me that they know what they're talking about.

prices seem...okay. too much for such little space, but the features look good.

the detailed features make it look excellent value for the price. i'm still unsure about the disk space, but the features are great

actually the 7.95 plan is the best ive seen yet so the prices are fine to me. I think i found the host i was looking for

I must agree with you ghettocars, that is an excellent price for the 'Solution 350' plan. I'd probably have gone with it as well if I wansn't already hosted. I don't think the lower plans are much good, though. WAY too little bandwidth.

I just signed up with www.westhost.com 3 days ago and then found this lenzmedia deal yesterday. Westhost has a good reputation and the deal is reasonable. It is worth noting that the Westhost e-commerce package prices are pretty darn attractive. For my less important personal site, I'm going to try www.lenzmultimedia.com. Right now, my personal site is with www.hostway.com (great phone support by competant people), but there are better deals to be had.

nah lenzmultimedia is wayy better than hostway in prices, although hostway looks like a host you can trust, but still 20$ is too much for me at the moment, imma just give the 3.95$ a try and then move up the scale

I'm on the HostRocket economy plan (details here). Well... soft of

I'm acutally on a strange combination of plans. I pay for the equivalent of the 24 month price of the economy plan ($9.95/month), but am actually on the old corporate plan (very similar to the economy one now) and also have an account on the old economy plan (less space and bandwidth but basically the same).

The reason for it is because HostRocket had some major problems with the server I was on about a year ago and everyone on the server got upgraded for free as compensation. Of course, since then they've released new plans (the ones on the page) which have more bandwidth and space than the old ones but the basic specifications haven't changed.

They're an excellent host, and I've been with them nearly 2 years now.

Well I can beat those deals price wise and offer more, Only problem is, I dont feel like selling hosting until I get a website up, Since most people are afraid to host with someone unless they feel there is something behind the talk.

I just got my sites susspended with them without ANY notice why. No email answering , no warnings. Nothing. And this after 1 year with them. THey have very often downtime. Rebooting the servers mysql is often not responding. IMHO yuo dont want to risk with them.

You might try calling if they have a number listed to find out what the problem is. Did you get an email saying the site was suspended? How did you find out?

It is very simple to understand when your site is suspended when it shows the SUSPEND page. And I sent trouble tickets and emails, no answers. I know they received all of them , because I asked them in my last trouble ticket to open my ftp so I can make back up of my files and ...voila, the ftp is working again. Sorry I just cant spend money calling from Brazil to Australia.
But what I am trying to say is , that the ethic was not present in that moment. Whatever their reason was to suspend my site , they could explain to me, give me some time to change hosting.
However it's over with them now and whenever I have time to write such messages in internet about them I will do it.
