Is there a free host that will allow me to upload a zip file in order to unload it in the server and have my webpage up n running instantly?

I really dont mind ads...

You can do it by FTP. Or as you said with ZIP, but only if the host has cPanel and the unzip feature enabled.

If you have a good FTP program you can move all your files over at once. You can also move the zip over and unpack it on the server, but you may not need to.

Try Filezilla.

You'll still need to find the hosting, but any hosting should let you FTP files.
