Add A records for your nameservers
You need to enter the DNS management section for the domain used for your nameservers (in this case, b-d-p.co.uk) - assuming this domain is managed within Plesk of course...
Then you simply add a new DNS record: - enter ns1.b-d-p.co.uk for the name
- select 'A' as the type
- enter the IP corresponding to ns1.b-d-p.co.uk; i.e. 62.193.250.251
Correct NS records for your domain
In the DNS management section for the domain you're hosting (i.e. the one using your nameservers) - e.g. the-duel.info
- Remove any existing NS records that shouldn't be there... e.g. ns.the-duel.info
- Add a new DNS record: name, leave blank; type, NS; record, ns1.b-d-p.co.uk
- Add another new DNS record: name, leave blank; type, NS; record, ns2.b-d-p.co.uk
That should be it. You will probably also find that you have an A record for ns.the-duel.info - you can safely remove this as well.

Scratch that, seems to be working now.

Glad that you got it working - I thought I'd add the details above in case anyone else reading this thread later has same sort of problems...
However, if you have Plesk admin access (e.g. this is your own VPS/dedicated server) then you may also like to edit the default DNS template so that additional domains you create in future already have the above edits in place.
If you want to do this, look in Server > DNS
Also, don't forget about the Plesk Documentation and Tutorials
