Awesome host? Perhaps you should hear about how they randomly delete accounts. As you know, they make money from 404 pages. Since not enough users were creating bad links, they decided to randomly delete accounts hoping to catch a high-traffic site and redirect everything to a 404 page. Well, they also were dumb enough to send an e-mail to all these users saying that they had violated the TOS by uploading "illegal material". Well, the problem is, some people who had never uploaded anything got their account deleted for this very reason, and we all immediately knew that there was something fishy going on.

dude i started signing up but then quit when i was looking at the domains, I wont put the names here because some were offensive (not to me, but to other people) some names were stupid and stuff, I dont think it would be great to have a domain saying http://myhostingsite.gaymales.com

thats one example, I dont know why you consider that a good hosting site, and its also true what conker said, they do delete pages randomly. I just didnt like that page at all.

You are absolutely right. The fact that they offer many offensive domain names should be an immediate warning that they are actually a porn host. The 404 pages that they use contain porn, so if you have any dead links, be prepared to see your users fly away from your site like crazy. This is definitely one host of which to be careful...

hmm...interesting points you guys raise.

any host that willfully inflicts porn on its users deserves to be removed from the internet. if you want porn, use google, or go to a porn site. nothing annoys me more than when i get random porn popups from sites that i'm just browsing to get information from.

deleting accounts randomly? this shows their stupidity. they will drive customers away, but it does make sense, you delete a site getting 1,000,000 visitors a month, and your banners immediately get say 500,000 visitors, then say 500 signups, which equates, at $10 per signup, to $5,000 per site you delete, makes sense.

it is in fact a smart campaign, people get what they want for a time, and you make money from it. although i disagree with it ethically and morally, it must be making them quite a fat cheque.

sites like this should not be advertised, signed up to, or allowed to exist

agree, especially with their unlimited bandwidth.. you can get much of it.
