Following operating systems are available at no extra charge:
Fedora Core (4,5,6), CentOS 4.x, Gentoo LiveCD. Other distros are allowed as long as you have an iso image for us to download. Control Panels are not support on alternate distros and must be installed by client. Also outdated OS's will not be installed as we have to have a certain level of network security.
Windows 2003 Web/Standard Editions
FreeBSD 5.4, 6.x
Following control panels are re-installed for free - upon request:

Our IPv6 are running on IPv6 native network through VERIO (no tunel, no ports blocked, IRC allowed)
Support: All servers are unmanaged. We have 24x7 staff available via web based helpdesk. We offer free reboots, free OS reinstalls and free help if you loose remote connectivity to your server.

Network: BGP mix of PCCW & VERIO (ipv6 only) & WVFIBER & COGENT & XEEX & Tiscali - Total internet connectivity 53 Gbps.
We accept all major credit cards (2checkout), paypal and moneybookers.
Hardware Upgrades:

additional 400 GB - $239 one time fee

100Mbit unmetered service plan
Each server is connected via private (non-shared) 100Mbit port to our 20Gbit backbone which is shared by all servers that have subscribed to unmetered service plan. The bandwidth is NOT dedicated.
Servers on 100Mbit unmetered plan can expect average 5000GB-9000GB/monthly throughput on outbound transfer (from the server to the internet) and up to 30TB/monthly throughput on inbound transfer (from the internet to the server)
1Gbit unmetered service plan
Each server is connected via private (non-shared) 1Gbit port to our 20Gbit backbone which is shared by all servers that have subscribed to unmetered service plan. The bandwidth is NOT dedicated.
Servers on 1Gbit unmetered plan can expect average 30TB/monthly throughput on outbound transfer (from the server to the internet) and up to 300TB/monthly throughput on inbound transfer (from the internet to the server)
