* We are a brand new Web Hosting Company set up by myself. We are hoping to expand to become a large web hosting retailer. We are new to the marketplace and therefore not everything will go as smoothly as we'd like in the beginning. All problems encountered so far have been rectified upon realisation of the problem. ** Downtime is at a minimum. Sometimes it does happen, however in the last year, I have only experienced downtime once. Our Terms of Service state that if downtime lasts for longer than 1 day, we will credit the account with 1 months fee.
Our cPanel is currently being tested by some webhosts randomly picked as beta testers. Current installed features include a profile manager, a web based file manager, easier access to webmail and AWStats plus more features. cPanel is looking to be released to all clients within the next month.
