Any host that offers Fantastico will allow you to install Wordpress with ease.

Most hosts will allow you to install a blog software like for example Wordpress, BBlog etc. You should be looking for shared hosting plans, you can find hosts in forums or hosting directories.

In fact, pretty much all you ned is a PHP and MySQL enabled hosting account, and you'll be able to install most of the blogging software out there.

I don't particularly recommend the use of Fantastico-like installers, due to updating related issues. You need to keep your blogging script as up to date as possible.

You can purchase any reliable web hosting plan that supports PHP and MySQL and then look for a free Blog software at www.hotscripts.com and install it yourself.

These free scripts generally have easy to understand installation procedures and have good support forums in case you need to ask questions.
