I do not sell or buy cusotmers, it is not my business but I always wonder if you guys purchase customers only or you get the domain, site name and the brand as well?

Can you disclose what is the model of buying customers? If someone has 300 windows customers that pay $10/month for the service, how much are you going to pay for them?

we purchase the customers only, that is their package with the seller is reproduced by the buyer, and that customer is now "ours." we hope, like all web hosting co's do, that they are satisfied with the new hosting, and that when it's time to renew, that they do so with us.

as far as pricing, it's pretty standard to offer between 50 and 75% of the annual revenues from the customers' you are buying...tho for larger concerns, that may be increased.

lastly, it is a fine way to get small numbers of new customers as long as the 'change' is transparent to them...
