I am looking for Windows webhosting which supports

ASP.Net 2.0 + MS SQL server2005 (at least 500MB space) + Unlimited FTP accounts + High availability and uptime.
It's really important for me that webhost has good awards and security.
I have found these 2 website but I do not know which one is better and if there is any other webhosting provide me with it's good services.
