Does Host Maven have their own hardware?
Host Maven only has the best hardware! We are not a reseller of another company, and not a fly-by the night host. We are here to stay, which is why we have our own hardware, and not another company's.
Are there any contracts?
No, there are not any contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept all major credit cards along with Paypal. We also accept checks and money orders for bi-annually, and annually payments.
What if I run out of space or bandwidth, what will happen?
If you run out of your allocated space or bandwidth we will simply purchase more for you. Prices for these are listed on our
products page. If you do not wish to purchase any more, we can suspend your account if you wish. Account upgrades are also encouraged during this time.

Will my website go down at all with you?
We strive to make sure your website will never go down. We use the best hardware and network to prevent such occasions. However, sometimes it is unpreventable. We offer a SLA (Service Level Agreement) of 99.9%. This means that in a single calendar month, your website will be up 99.9% of the time, or your money back. (Please see our
TOS for more details.)
How long does it take for my account to activate?
Accounts are not automatically activated. We believe this is the wrong approach. If a spammer signs up for our service, without any validation they can be sending out thousands of emails in matter of seconds, in return, hurting your service with us. Which is why we manually accept accounts to prevent fraudulent users. Accounts are normally activated in less than an hour, but can vary depending on the time of day, day of the week, and activity level.
