Q: Why is Credit Card only accepted for Annual Payments?
A: PayPal requires that, for security reasons, recurring monthly paments can only be made from one paypal member to a business. This means that you must sign up for PayPal in order to pay us monthly. We understand your pain, and are working on another payment system, but our rates will go up after it is in place.
Q: Why will your rates go up after you stop using paypal as the primary system?
A: PayPal doesn't charge us any monthly payments to use their system. On the other hand, switching to another payment system will cost us about $50 a month, a cost that will have to be put on new customers. We currently have such low rates because our overhead is very low.
Q: After you stop using PayPal, will my rates go up?
A: No. If you sign up today, you'll be paying that amount for as long as you have your account with us.
Q: What support methods do you offer?
A: We currently offer Live Help, forum posting, Trouble tickets, and direct email to administrators and technical employees.
Q: Do you offer phone support?
A: No. Again, this would be another large monthly payment that we don't want to have to afford, and the cost would go directly to our customers. We do care about support very much, however, and are very proud of the support options we offer. We try as hard as we can to provide fast, quality support.
