Hey guys I am looking for some free hosting for my bands website. We are called Auteur Theory and basically need a package that will allow us to offer all our songs for download via mp3. Not much more than that really... It'd be nice to have cPanel.

I know it's a bit cheeky of me, but if you don;t ask eh!?

http://www.free-webhosts.com/ <--- there's a list of about 400 or so. If you can't find it there, it probably doesn't exist.

many free hosts dont allow mp3 files to be hosted.

Hi,

If your still looking I can offer you a free hosting package, basic specs are 1000Mb web space, 200Mb per month download, 1 email address (if you require more we could add some for you), online web mail etc...for more information on the free hosting package. It does however require you to have/buy a domain name, which can be purchased via my site at the same time.

If however you don't want/or can't afford the cost of a domain name I am willing to offer a subdomain such as autuer-theory where you can host your site and MP3's, all I would ask is on each page you have a link/banner back to my site with something along the lines of 'Web Hosting provided by Simple By Design'.
