Web Hosting Offers and Requests

The "free" web hosting services that support Frontpage do not allow me to "publish" my site from the Frontpage file menu.

I currently have this site hosted on a friend's space as a subdomain, I feel I'll upset that friend by going somwhere else.

Thanks again. It's not a free vs. Paid isuue but an isuue of upsetting a friend or not.
