Hi,

I'm looking to rent a dedicated server to replace the company I am currently with. I think they charge too much and their support is slow. What I currently have is below, and I would need to match that at least.

Must be same or better:
Disk: 60 GB
Domains: 100
Price: Under $100 monthly
Control Panel: Plesk 7 (must have Plesk unless you can tell me how to seamlessly migrate all my clients)
Free reboots...
PHP 4.3.8 (PHP 5 would be nice)
MySQL 3.23.58 (MySQL 4 would be nice)

Less important:
Transfer: 700GB (this does not have to be matched, I use less than 100GB)
Billing: Monthly preferred, but yearly ok.
Processor: Athlon 1.4 Ghz (anything is fine really)

Yes, the server is in US.
